This weekend I was lucky to be in charge of a task that allowed me to realize something that, although they should know, delighted me.
I like to see how someone can overcome, no matter the size of the step up, to see that someone is taller than I yesterday reached am. However, this satisfaction is even greater if I could contribute something to make it happen.
Sometimes we are not aware that with a few simple words of support or other small motivation to achieve something that had failed, that happens to understand and to act accordingly, to enjoy their happiness for having fulfilled its goal.
It should be normal, but we live so involved in the specific problems that we forget that we have at hand and that little can help.
