The Fair was inaugurated in the city of Utrecht on January 11 and ended on Sunday 16. Peru was present with a booth at the participation of three tour operators Peru: South American Travel Services (SATS Peru) let us Expedition and Culture Immersion.
During Peru’s participation in the said fair, sought to give greater visibility to the Peruvian tourist destinations highlighting the “Centennial Year for the World Macho Picher.” Additionally, it was promoted the new circuits on the north coast and the Peruvian jungle and gave emphasis to the dining destinations, cultural and nature. It took the occasion to give the audience Peruvian Pasco sour and snacks.
According to the Embassy of Peru in the Netherlands, this country is a strategic partner in economic and commercial relations with Peru to have become the fourth largest export destination within the European Union, fourth largest source of total Foreign direct investment in Peru and the sixth country in Europe with the highest number of nationals who visited Peru in 2010.
